My essay, “Archiving Grassroots Comics: The Radicality of Networks and Lesbian Community,” has been published in “Radical Archives” issue of Archive Journal (2015).
In this open-access article, I recuperate networks of lesbian comics artists in the 1970s-1980s alongside a discussion of newly emerging comics archives. I theorize how these archives can reshape future comics scholarship.
